Rebrand CK Delta to mark its move from a data provider to an AI solutions provider

Context

With a rapid, AI-led expansion of the CKDelta product suite and a shift in business strategy, CKDelta had moved from competing as a data analytics company to an infrastructural AI solutions company and needed an identity to showcase that.

Ask

Refresh the CK Delta brand to accurately reflect its current competencies as a leader in AI solutions.

Process

I started with informational interviews with key employees across different teams to understand the business shift, and the change in offering and brand for CK Delta.

Alongside, I did some research on aspirational competitors, to understand the competitive landscape and where CK Delta could land.

This culminated in a brand architecture, with a series of core strengths that explain CK Delta’s point of difference, and that would need to come through in the refresh.

Truth

At CK Delta, AI is not a fad, a shiny new toy, or a nice-to-have. It’s technology to transform your organisation’s performance. CK Delta combines pioneering AI expertise with a service-based, approach to deliver impact.
